Jury Comment

The jury appreciates the originality of the urban design concept. The position of the concert hall creates a good separation from the traffic flow. This is the only entry that proposes a real inner urban square and that completes the old urban block in the north part of the plot. There are two functional issues which are not fully clear to the jury: the first concerns the underground connection between the stage and the services (is this convenient in operation?), and the second is the size of the concert hall which looks smaller then required.
